I used the band for 9 months without an issue and then all of a sudden after a calibration my average readings jumped up by a huge amount. I went back and forth with their support team for months (usually taking over a week for them reply) and all I got told was calibrate it over and over again, eventually the readings dropped from the raised levels but still not in the range they were for 9 months and still incorrect when compared with other blood pressure monitors. I this point I was told it was within tolerance and that was that. Now had to finally stop wearing knowing the data is wrong and completely unreliable, very disappointing experience and I'd strongly recommend you don't bother with one of these devices if you care about actually having correct readings
