I’ve had the band for 3 weeks. Was working well, then the battery started draining from full to empty in less than 30 minutes. I raised a support ticket. Raised two days ago. No response. There is no number to call for support and the chat function is purely a bot that goes around in circles, then raises a support ticket - still no response. For a high value product the support is shocking. I continue to wait for a response.
