I purchased the bracelet 18 months ago & was very satisfied. Since the App has changed it no longer connects with my iPhone & is therefore useless. I followed all the fixes suggested by Hilo, but without success. Perhaps I am now expected to pay a subscription, but I have no faith that it will resolve the problem. At £200+ it has proved to be an expensive mistake. Hilo is apparently happy to dump its customers & I’m happy to dump them.
