I've had this device for several years now. It always was a bit dodgy as my I often get the message "sorry, the server is a little slower than usual at the moment, please try again later". When I try immediately it said that I am fully synced. Then the screen shows 'No Measurements'When it need says "Reinitialization is needed" (note American spelling) it can grow from normal BP (70/120) to 85/145 so doubtful accuracy. The reinitialisation process is enough to put anybody's blood pressure up. It takes several attempts, connects and then says "you are not connected"In summary, a device to avoid is you want an accurate and consistent BP reading. Nice idea but wishful thinking if you believe this device will accurately monitor your systolic and diastolic blood pressure. I wish I had never bought it.
