Update. Replacement bracelet sent after original deemed faulty by Aktiia, is also faulty. They now expect me to be without the use of the device as I need to send the 2nd faulty device back, before they send yet another bracelet out to be. Bearing in mind they've already said they can see it's also faulty in the system. I have now informed them I require a refund and that I will refer the matter to my credit card company.
