I bought this joke of a device on doctor's recommendation who "has heard of it". Already not looking forward to the response "once opened cannot be returned" for a fake reason like "medical device" - which in the app states. their T&C requires an account to access!! (link to Confluence!!!) EDIT / RESPONSE I HAVE reached out to support, with no response. the chat bot is terrible customer support. useless. no phone numbers anywhere. email - no response I hope their investors read this. No idea how they got so much money for such a terrible product and service
