I've accepted that this is a medical grade device, and that, assuming initialisation is completed monthly, that the bracelet will provide more or less accurate results. From that point of view I've been happy with the device so far. A couple of minor things: I dont have a thick wrist by any means (175cm tall; 78kg weight), but the standard strap is a couple of centimetres too short. It fits for me on the last hole and I refuse to pay extra for a longer strap, so maybe change the default strap length, or offer some purchase variation for the strap perhaps for women and men?I'm also a bit puzzled by the dropouts I get with the readings overnight. I'm asleep so not sure why I often dont get a reading for 2 sometimes 4 hours overnight. Other than these relatively minor points, I'm happy with Aktiia and more reassured over my blood pressure.
