poor quality product great idea but it doesnt work very well in practice.Device is uterly inacurate (checked it with traditional nhs approved device along with the nurse in my Blood pressure clinic) it shows over 20points higher than actually is (youc an imagine panic it willc ause with some people) dont buy it i just trial it for over 2 months and its waste of money if you spend money on it!Customer service also poor asking you for microscopic numbers on your wrist monitor instead having a database where and what they sent to their customers....support will send you tons of generic emails and instructions that change nothing you get through live person if you lucky!app has some stupid pseudo Ai chat bot that will drive you insane...One star literally one of worst bp monitors i have .cheap 19 quid one is more accurate than this fancy toy .not recommended .especially when you sensitive on tracking your bp and you will get readings of 169/110 when youa actually 134/87 !!!
