The concept is good for someone like me who has high blood pressure. The accuracy appears true and I have compared with a normal BP Monitor. I didn't like the silicone strap and it iritated my wrists. I replaced it with a nylon one which is so much more comfortable.I like that the monitor is attached to the cuff, however, I have quite big arms, so its a struggle to fasten and take a reading. Fortunately, this only needs to be done monthly.Overall, I am reasonably impressed, but do not think it is worth the price I paid. Unfortunately, I am unable to return because it is a medical device and can only be returned if it is faulty. Buyers beware, there is no "try out" period. If I could, I would return.
