So far it has really opened my eyes about my blood pressure. With this information, my doctor and I have increased my blood pressure meds to help me bring that back down to normal. The only thing I wish was an option to have a different band, maybe something more breathable and easier to adjust. The band is good just wish there were a few options. Depending on the time of day or activity it gets very tight and has left a bit of a rash on my wrist, but that might have been me not washing it properly.
