This is a good product but lacks the accuracy. I have measured with my Omron M7 Intelli and the Aktiia gives a consistently higher reading. If the Omron reads 130/76 the Aktiia reads around 150/80. I will recalibrate the Aktiia once more to see if the accuracy increases. After the first recalibration the system remarkably reduce the readings.
