The bracelet is inaccurate. The response from Aktiia is totally inadequate. I have a number of emails with their support team which have failed to address the key issues. 1 the bracelet does not record my BP in a consistently frequent manner (long periods with no measurements) and 2 the measurements are inaccurate being at first consistently below accurate cuff measurements (verified by other devices' readings) and then consistently above cuff measurements (again verified by other device's readings). The replies from their support were initially patronising simply repeating basic instructions, which I had already read and complied with, and then with no logical basis questioning my conclusions which were backed up by the data their bracelet and cuff produced. In fact some of the key chronological information i provided to them was misquoted back to me suggesting that the support team had not extended me the courtesy of reading my mail carefully. My "one star" rating is confirmed but only because there in no "no star" rating.
