I have been a satisfied user of the Aktiia Blood Pressure Monitor since August 2024. When I noticed that the charging indicator light on the charging station was no longer functioning, I contacted Customer Services. They responded promptly and asked me to perform a few simple checks to rule out a misconnection and to ensure the charging station pins and the bracelet sensor were clean.As this didn't cause the problem, I provided a few pictures of the bracelet and charger, along with a short video showing the bracelet being placed on and removed from the charger. After reviewing the information, Customer Services determined the device was faulty and offered me a replacement under warranty.The entire process, from reporting the issue to its resolution, took less than a week. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will continue to use my Aktiia Blood Pressure Monitor with confidence.
