I used it for a few days. It was very inconsistent, with several hours without readings (specially at night). Its readings were unusually high so I conducted a test with my Omron: I took my BP simultaneously on both arms, then swapped devices and arms. The Aktiia cuff systolic pressure was 17mmHg higher on both sides. If the main reference device is off it can hardly guide the bracelet. Then I realized that -unlike almost any other product sold by a serious company- I can't get a refund. SCAM.
