Since I bought this I seem to have issues. The main issue is that the wrist band looses contact with my phone. Reconnecting it is never straight. Forward sometime the charger doesn’t connect it just comes up with a cross and no connection, then I have to reinstall everything.Tried to make a complaint but I don’t find it easy to find somewhere to make contact.
