Delivery of the kit is quick.The monitor itself is lightweight, small and unobtrusive, easy to wear overnight too.Setting up is easy, but it works best when you’re strict about following the instructions - relax for 5mins before initialisation! This for me meant I had a decent level of accuracy in my readings. Although as I’m doing ‘stuff’ more often than not, my readings are often active readings rather than relaxed ones, not a problem, but does mean they’re higher than if relaxed using a cuff.It could be improved with greater flexibility in the app:1) being able to set MY target bp - rather than medical target -or even better being able to have both to compare.2) checking bp measurement when I want to without using the cuff - which I believe is coming in future app developments.
