The strap of the ‘wristwatch’ broke. I tried several times to contact you by email to obtain replacement. I did get email after 7th attempt and was asked to order using a discount codMarch 2024e. I tried but was unsuccessful. Why can’t your sales team just send replacement? I always assumed Swiss companies had a ‘Gold’ customer service!!!
