Useful piece of kit, but I managed to loose the arm cuff used for calibration. I was upable to buy a replacement cuff by itself, Aktiia informed me by chatbot they don’t sell replacement cuffs. No phone number to call for customer service, no reply to emails sent from the company website. I am therefore left with a useless monitor as it won’t work unless recalibrated using the cuff monthly. Very poor customer service, i will not be recommending this monitor to my patients.
