Useful for recording my true blood pressure,I now get white coat syndrome so without this my doctor would be pushing me on pills.Would be five stars but the bracelet dose not record all the time so there’s gaps, so room for improvement.Also it comes with the medium strap which for me is on the last hole if I want a larger strap I have to purchase separately they could offer the right size with the initial purchase
