I've had the device over two years. On my second as I upgraded as the latest model is waterproof. I, and my wife, both have one. The device is an accurate and reliable bit of gear to measure your blood pressure. It does so unobtrusively and throughout the day. The battery is pretty good and lasts over a week. And the latest iteration is waterproof. The device provides valuable insights into the ups and downs and patterns of blood pressure. (Eg: when the neighbours cat visits for some TLC my BP drops - who knew a cat worked as as product to lower BP.) It's sold as a one off cost without a monthly subscription. The response time for customer queries, whilst hardly brisk, is always fulfilled. So pretty much all good. Why not five stars? Well, it only links to the phone APP via the Internet. I'm assuming it's harvesting your BP for commercial purposes. But it means the connection between device and phone is a little slow. I feel a Bluetooth connection would be better. (I don't mind providing the data - just the delay it engenders in the device.) That said - if you have blood pressure concerns, wish to monitor medication, or just keep an eye on your health - this is a truly game changing device. Get one!
