Poor customer service.The BP monitor works great and is very accurate.However mine suddenly stopped charging, and does not work. I have emailed Akiita serveral times as the device is clearly still under warranty. No reply. Hence only 3 stars. The monitor and app are great and really accurate.Ticket number 105581I have emailed Aktiia several times with no response. Shocking customer service
