I purchased this product right after undergoing open-heart surgery in May, and for the first four months, it worked like a charm. But that's where the good news ends.Out of the blue, it started recording randomly, without rhyme or reason. I thought, "Okay, maybe a little glitch." But oh no, it didn't stop there. The real kicker was when it decided to give up the ghost entirely, leaving me high and dry.Naturally, I thought, "I'll contact customer service. They're there to help, right?" Wrong. I've attempted to reach out to them twice, and what do I get in return? Automated email responses with a support ticket number. That's right, folks, Tickets. It's as if their customer service department is on permanent vacation.Now, here's where it gets truly mind-boggling. I was doing a little investigative work, and what do I find? A staggering number of support tickets issued in just a few days—over 700 to be precise! Yes, you read that correctly. Seven hundred. This makes me wonder if I've unwittingly become a part of an experiment to test the limits of human frustration or if they genuinely have serious product problems. In the grand scheme of things, a product failing might seem insignificant, but when you've recently undergone open-heart surgery, the last thing you need is a malfunctioning piece of equipment. I'm not just angry; I'm disappointed, frustrated, and utterly baffled.To those responsible for this debacle, please take a good hard look at your product and your customer service. If this is how you treat customers who have been through major health issues and invested their trust in your brand, it's time for a serious revaluation.Consider yourself warned, potential buyers.
