Had my device for 10 months and been really pleased with the device accuracy and the assurance it has provided me. Recently the charger failed and I emailed Aktiia support thinking that a replacement would be sent promptly as it is still in Warranty. But nothing! (Other than a useless auto reply email) I'm not even sure if they have any staff in their support function.
