I purchased this watch for my husband for medical reasons. We followed the set-up which was simple enough, bracelet charged. We tried to recharge the bracelet a couple of days later and it will not charge - no red light. Tried different cables/plugs/socket. I contacted support immediately (and also noted that this was an issue seen by others/plus shown in troubleshooting guide) yet one week on no response. I sent another email chasing the support ticket - again no response. I have now submitted a new request to have the product returned and refunded. There is no phone number to reach anyone on - website just takes you round in circles!! order number 03-39287.UPDATE: Thank you for your response but there is NO ticket number on either of the raised support requests, just an automatic response. Surely you can expedite via my email address or order number. The saga continues...
