Its a great idea and works moderately well. Here are the downsides:- the wrist device takes a variable number of readings per 24 hours; very often there are gaps in the data set for reasons that are unclear. This is really annoying given that the whole point of the device is to understand what BP control is like throughout the 24hr period. Some days I will get 5 readings and other days 11 readings. I have never yet got a reading for every 2 hour period. Even resting quietly in bed at night there are data 'holes'.- it is not possible to tell the device to take a reading when you are sitting quietly ie can not be user activated; this is a big disadvantage given that there are data gaps as mentioned above.All in all needs some improvement for 200 quid !
