Product worked well for a few weeks, then wrist sensor stopped working, looks like inside swollen and forcing device apart. Raised a ticket online (they don’t give a ticket number so very hard to follow up when they later ask for one). Had one email saying they are busy and will respond as quick as they can. Also raised on Facebook, same vague excuse. Now SIX WEEKS from my initial warranty query, and no support, shocking customer support.P.S. Finally after 8 weeks they agreed to send me a replacement wrist sensor, which is so far working fine.
