I am extremely disappointed to have to write this negative review as I had really high hopes for the blood pressure monitor from this company. However, please be aware, their return policy is extremely tight and their customer service seems virtually non-existent so if you don't get on with the monitor, it is a lot of money to potentially not get back.I did my research, understood the return period was only 14 days so did as much as could to test it in that period. By day 6 (23rd June 2023) I had decided it wasn't going to work for me (reasons below) and contacted them to request a return/refund. I have not received a response. I have chased by email and through PayPal and have now had to raise a complaint through PayPal to try and get my money back.My reasons for returnInaccurate - the bracelet was initially 20 points higher than my cuff. I reinitialised it several times and it came down to around 10 points higher.Zero customer care - I asked a question about personalising my reports. I had to wait 3 days for a response and I got a stock answer that was absolutely nothing to do with my question. Plus, all this obvs!Bracelet is not waterproof and I wash my hands a lot so this bothered meBracelet has to be worn very tightly to be effective. I could not get used to it at all.All in all, loved the concept, believed the science but it just didn't work out. Had the return policy been more generous and the bracelet not so expensive I may have been able to experiment a little more.
