Unfortunately I was reluctant to send this review in, however, the lack of customer support has pushed me to mention a few things. 1. No warranty cover for new unit my charger doesn’t work anymore so unable to charge. I have asked repeatedly if I can send in for inspection but it’s not covered apparently. 2. No customer service continuity. 3. My unit was working very well for the first few days then when I tried to re charge nothing happened. I was very impressed with the first week of use, as someone who suffers from HBP I was looking forward to integrating the results into my recoveryAll I asked for was for them to inspect the gadget after 1 weeks use. Very disappointing
