This device has so much potential for the end-user; however, currently it has many drawbacks. Despite its numerous clinically validated studies, such data is only useful only if the device can yield equivalent and reliable results in the real world, by people doing their normal activities. I have used the device for 1 month and have found that many times the device does not sync up with its app or I have to place my device in its charger to then sync with its app. Additionally, there are periodic gaps in the readings - anywhere from 1 to 6 gaps in one day. This is especially true when my arm that has the device is actively doing mundane things, like cooking and cleaning. Sweating also appears to affect device readings as well, so I take it off when I exercise - even when I'm not doing cardio. The app is not as sophisticated as other Bluetooth-connected devices in the wellness market and needs to seriously upgrade itself to compete - as does its customer service. Overall, the device does provide insight to continual BP readings and is very helpful for a person to then calibrate her/his activities, medication(s), and nutrient intake - BUT for the many glitches it still has and the basic app it connects to, it is a very expensive device.
