My Aktiia bracelet developed a fault where the cover over the sensor fell out due to corrosion underneath. I see this problem has happened to others. I reported this to Aktiia but have had nothing other than an automated email response almost a week later :(Aktiia, you didn’t send me any ticket number. I got an automated response asking for additional info which I provided immediately. Sept 9th 07.13am UK time was when I received that reply. You shouldn’t have too many people with my name to find me now….Update Friday 22/9/23 Here we are 3 days after supplying you with the additional information you requested here on Trustpilot and I’ve heard nothing about my issue at all. Looks like your promise to sort out my faulty bracelet was purely aimed at your reputation on Trustpilot rather than supporting your customer, bad form :((
