I find the Aktiia bracelet very effective in collecting BP data even though it sometimes misses readings due to my activity. I am a paraplegic/wheelchair user so obviously my movements are principally through my arms, and the bracelet in on my arm... I find that the app could be improved in a few ways including connectivity to other apps/data such as Apple Health, Watch, Fitbit etc as my experience has been that it is in seeing patterns (e.g. blood sugar vs blood pressure, weight change, meds, activity, food intake...) that I get a proper understanding of how my health is going. All in all, I also find the Aktiia response very good when I contact them.
