I find normal blood pressure monitors very unconfortable and painful. They bruise my upper arm quite badly. I've been monitoring my blood pressure with Aktiia for over a month now, and have only had to wear the upper arm cuff twice - once to initally calibrate, and once after a month to recalibrate the wrist monitor.
