Given that people with hypertension also tend to be overweight, it would be fair to ship the larger wristband by default.It feels like they don't really care once they've got your money. A massive contrast with Veri, also in the health care sector whose customer service is astonishingly good; incredibly responsive, and if any device fails they immediately ship another free of charge.
