The only positive is that it arrived promptly and then I got a refund quickly after I eventually managed to get them to accept I wanted a refund. This device does not work, there’s enough difference in the readings against a traditional arm cuff to cause issues and that’s when it doesn’t continually disconnect from your phone. Although it looks smart, don’t expect this to give any valid readings.
