Very frustrated with my experience in trying to get a medical device shipped to Australia. It has taken nearly a month for me to get the unsatisfactory information that you are unable to shop to either Australia or South Africa. No alternatives or advice has been given as to how to get the blood pressure device to us in Australia. The only response is - return to the supplier or we can dispose. My understanding is that the size of these batteries is within the shipping parameters so I do not j see stand why you will not ship.I would not recommend your services ( or rather lack of services )
