I fully paid for my room at the airport hotel before checking in. However, at check-in, they insisted on taking a deposit for potential damages or extra services. They assured me the deposit would be refunded if there were no issues. It has now been over a month since I checked out, and I still haven't received the refund. I caused no damage and only used the shower, towels, and bed, all of which were covered by my initial payment. Is this a common practice?
