. Absolutelt dreadful , I viewed the car online Phoned and reserved it , pending some inquiries -Condition/ warranty/ price etc .
I forwarded my questions when I’d done some research , all of them were ignored and dismissed I never got a single answer . What I did get was a “ digital assistant fail” that bombarded me with “ thank you for inquiring” - “we appreciate….” Your inquiry will be forwarded to a member of staff” etc etc only then 3 days later to get an email from them (the receptionist whose name begins with A ) to advise “ our system couldn’t pull your inquiry through “ ?!?!,!
.so I received futile gibberish in the amount of 26 emails full of redundant “thank you’s” etc dozens of similar text messages but what I did want was not offered or forthcoming .
Why bother having a “ message” or inquiry line if you have an incompetent digital assistant” digital assistant “ messing everything up and just causing problems and issues ?
Then I find out my reservation has been returned no follow up call from Hilton Garage / no interest and the car is DOUBLE/TWICE advertised on Autotrader now with an INFLATED PRICE ?!? There were three when I was looking £11,150 :£11050 and £10950 ?? Incredibly confusing -all in different advert sites too . ! Absolute and utter waste of my time. Stay away avoid they are unprofessional and grossly unhelpful so much so they can’t answer a call or an email without getting a “digital assistant Bot” that is not a human so it cannot have humiliation or embarrassment unlike HILTON GARAGE , named “ a human name “by the way to screw everything up . Dreadful waste of my time and frankly the worst sales methods I have ever encountered. Incidentally they contacted trust pilot to have this feedback removed but they refused and so did I . This advert is DESERVED , just look at all the NEGATIVE REVIEWS with people calling them out for the COWBOYS that they are . STAY AWAY STAY CLEAR AVOID AVOID AVOID !
