Had some issues with purchasing after an admin error, these things happen and they were quick to fix the problem and help us - Ethan was great, gave us all the time in the world to look at multiple cars and even test drive a few. Drove away with the perfect car on the same day 😁

Very busy when we visited, You need to book an appointment to avoid delays. Finance and warranty big sell. Car quality OK but sold as seen rather than expect it to have been checked and have no issues. Contact with them since takes a long time for a response and the responses are dismissive. I will not buy from here again.

Shocking customer service. I went to view a car I found online on Monday- was not approached by anyone so went to the reception to ask them for help. Car was at the depot so waited 15-20 mins for it to be brought down. No complains with this as updates showed clearly on the screen. After viewing the car I went for a test drive- also a smooth process. However, I then asked someone to help me look at some other options within my budget etc. Didnt get his name but the young lad ( dark blonde-ish hair, glasses) who helped me was absolutely useless- scrolled only across the top row on the system and showed me only the same brand I was already looking at. I can have a better look on the website at home thanks.

I quite liked the car so I asked for my uncle and mechanic to go check it for me before I enquired about the possibility of actually buying it. I called yesterday and today to ask for the car to be moved to the lit-up garage by the reception and was assured this would be done and ready for them on arrival- when they got there they had to wait 1hr!! before the car was moved. The girl at the reception desk lied saying it was being moved from the depot when it was in fact in the exact same spot (quite near reception) we left it on Monday after test-driving it at the garage. It was not until the manager came up to him to see what the issue was, that she personally moved the car and they could have a look. To sum it up- the back of the car was covered in visible mould and smelt very damp! I don't know how they are trying to sell a car like this as this isn't an issue you can easily get rid of. I will not be returning and glad I got a professional to have a look before I made a bad decision.

Just like to say thanks for be honest, transparency and for being upfront with me, she was a pleasure to deal with compared to some of the sales people at garages (I could write a book on it) I thoroughly recommend dealing with her! although we couldn't get there with a car she made it less painful.. so thank you :)

Started off as a good experience with a great sales person when buying the car in November.

After 2 months though I hit an issue with a faulty break plug which caused the break caliper to overheat. I Had to take it to MG for repair and tried to go through the RAC warranty I was sold only to find because previous work had been done before I had bought the car (identified from the faulty plug) that my warranty wouldn't cover this.

I tried to contact Hilton themselves to see if they could do anything. Which I was told to send over invoices etc for them to look at (which I did). I was not contacted back after a week and after contacting them to see if they had managed to take a look, I was told that it's not something they cover. Even though the faulty plug was not my fault and clearly the car was not checked over correctly to ensure safety.

Very poor customer service and standards they should be holding with there cars. Not a company I shall be using again in future.

I traveled for around 4 hours to get to the garage and although it was a long journey I have no regrets! I was buying my first car so this was also my first time in the process of doing so, the salesman Joe Hind was always polite and patient. A very helpful guy who happily answered all the questions I threw at him. He helped the process go smoothly and I was very happy with my purchase. Nearly 10 months on, and the Toyota Aygo I drove home that day has been very reliable with zero problems whatsoever! A lovely little car to drive however I do plan to upgrade sometime this year and a return to Hilton Garage is definitely on the cards! If Joe is still there, it'd be lovely to see you again.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service received.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have experienced. The seller purchased my wife's car through an auction, registration BG70FZX. Managing the sale has been very challenging. I submitted all the necessary documents last week, only to be informed by the representative that they haven't been received. My attempts to call and email have yielded very little response. Furthermore, I was informed yesterday that the transaction has been canceled due to an active recall on the vehicle. This recall was initiated by the manufacturer last week before the auction and purchase occurred. I spoke with a representative in the Transport department who indicated that if I provided proof, the transaction could move forward. I sent this proof yesterday to both the auction platform and the seller, but the transaction was canceled again today. I have resent the documents today as a PDF. However, I lack confidence that this is being handled properly or in a timely manner.

Disappointing Experience at the Garage

I visited the garage to purchase a vehicle after a long drive of 45 minutes on a busy evening. I was impressed with the car and discussed options with the salesman, who was eager to sell me a warranty. Ultimately, I chose to forgo the warranty and made it clear that I wanted to buy the car at the listed price without it. Despite his efforts to offer a cheaper warranty through his manager, I remained firm on my decision. His response, suggesting I go home to think it over, left me feeling uneasy about the transaction. It raised concerns about the car's condition, as I couldn't comprehend why a salesman would let a customer walk away from a cash offer. Consequently, I will not be returning to this garage and will advise friends and family to steer clear as well.

I recently purchased a car from a dealership, and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The sales representative was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable.
