We booked a room to enjoy the New Year's Eve fireworks, and while the location was great, the room had several issues. The carpets were in poor condition, doors didn't close properly, and the heating was excessively noisy. Additionally, parking was a challenge, and the restaurant service was not as expected. This experience was quite disappointing.
