Review Time
The room was small, but lovely. Loved the huge rain shower, and breakfast was nice. However, they don't allow you to connect to HDMI so I couldn't connect my firestick as there is nothing for kids to watch on terrestrial TV. Bed very comfy. I liked the addition of a fridge. The cleaner, however, entered our room at about 10.30am and it's bloody 12pm checkout, so that's very disappointing. Point off for being rushed by the cleaner and no HDMI connection.
Very overpriced though for what it is, and disappointing to see that they charge per person, rather than the room. Very greedy, but guess that's how Paris stays wealthy.
In addition, it's impossible to get a room via their website but on booking.com, hotels.com etc, bingo there's suddenly rooms available. I don't like that.
Each year, my partner and I enjoy a stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful park. The front of house manager and staff consistently provide excellent service, going the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. Any minor issues have been promptly resolved, and we look forward to our next visit!
Very unkempt and dirty! Stains on the sheets and blood stains on the floor. I would advise against staying at any location of this brand. I heard from a staff member that linens are only washed on certain days, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness. Beware of bed bugs!
I was dismayed to find that the hotel canceled our military reservations at the last minute. This action disrespected all military personnel and Americans. I will avoid this brand altogether and hope they reconsider their priorities. This could have serious repercussions for them.
We booked a room to enjoy the New Year's Eve fireworks, and while the location was great, the room had several issues. The carpets were in poor condition, doors didn't close properly, and the heating was excessively noisy. Additionally, parking was a challenge, and the restaurant service was not as expected. This experience was quite disappointing.
I had a terrible experience during my stay. Upon checking in, I was told my teens could use the gym, but a staff member rudely demanded they leave. The staff's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I have traveled extensively and have never faced such disrespect. I would not recommend this location for families.

They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, and any issues we've encountered were resolved promptly. We look forward to returning!
We stayed at this hotel expecting a lovely getaway, but the room was dark due to frosted windows and extensive renovations. We were offered a different room, but it still lacked a view. The checkout process was frustrating, as we were charged for a room we did not stay in. The miscommunication regarding rates was astonishing.
