I had a terrible experience during my stay. Upon checking in, I was told my teens could use the gym, but a staff member rudely demanded they leave. The staff's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I have traveled extensively and have never faced such disrespect. I would not recommend this location for families.
