We had booked the Hilton Hotel at Angel Islington for 3 nights.We were allocated our room which we discovered on our 1st morning had a broken window lock that could not be closed. This was not obvious as the drapes and curtains were pulled over. The room was freezing cold (2°) outside and the noise of the builders woke us early. We complained and we were allocated another room which it transpired also did not have operational heating, once again we complained to reception who said they would look into it. But no improvement. 3 cold nights in the hotel and paid £700 for the pleasure. Really unsatisfactory service from Hilton.
