The hotel itself was nice and the restaurant was phenomenal — truly excellent food and service. However, our experience was completely ruined by the location of our room. We were placed on the front side of the hotel, where there was loud drag racing on the street until about 3 A.M. they need to replace the windows and they need to provide FREE ear plugs in those rooms. What made it worse is that no one on staff did anything. They were afraid to call the police or do anything for the customer. The front desk and valet staff could see and hear the racing all night long, but no one called the police or attempted to address it. It was unbelievably loud and went on for hours, making sleep impossible.The facilities are fine, but the lack of concern for guest safety and comfort was unacceptable. Unless management takes action to prevent this happening again, I would not recommend staying here — at least not in any room facing the front of the hotel.
