One didn't respond and the other stopped responding after a few exchanges. I decided to call Hilton plumbing who within 3 hours had someone out to help. They arrived within the 2-hour window I was given (on the earlier side), and the Plumber Brodie found the leak and had it fixed inside of a couple of hours. Cost was very reasonable for a problem that was costing me heaps. Brodie was professional, quick, did a quality job and a good fella to boot. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys, especially if they are all at Brodies quality.
