I had a massive water leak somewhere on my property and sent messages to a couple of plumbers I had previously used for help. One didn't respond and the other stopped responding after a few exchanges. I decided to call Hilton plumbing who within 3 hours had someone out to help. They arrived within the 2-hour window I was given (on the earlier side), and the Plumber Brodie found the leak and had it fixed inside of a couple of hours. Cost was very reasonable for a problem that was costing me heaps. Brodie was professional, quick, did a quality job and a good fella to boot. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys, especially if they are all at Brodies quality.

Hilton Plumbing is timely, excellent manner, superior workmanship, value for money when compared to other immediate repairers I've used which look at the problem and offer a solution of 'replacing' and 'upgrading'. Hilton will fix the issue, make it safe and reliable and explain that the 40 year old plumbing does get leaks and that they will repair them as needed, not replace and upgrade and charge huge amounts just because one little bit has sprung a leak. To me they offer the choice to keep on recycling the system and staying safe. Thank you Hilton!
No rip offs. No Call out fee. no but $400+ for no more than 30 minutes on site. Wow! Fast Service but watch your wallet. After being told the problem was the temper valve on my HWS and quoted $298 which I thought was reasonable, the plumber only cleaned a screen washer and didn't solve the issue so continued to replace the valve then upon finishing some 25mins after arriving informs me the cost is $569 for a valve that costs no more than $150 retail. So no rip offs I call Bullshit.
The tenant at my unit in Perth Western Australia located a below ground leak in a pipe running up the outside wall and I asked them to call a plumber so they could get it fixed before the weekend. Hilton Plumbing attended and extended the hole dug by the tenant. They cut out the worn piece of pipe and crimped a new section of about 30 - 40 cm in length, tested the service and then departed all in less than an hour. The charge for this was $359.00 + $40.00 for submitting a leak allowance form + $3.99 Surcharge + GST $36.64, Total Cost - $402.99. As far as I am concerned, I believe this to be price gouging. I have advised my tenant to NEVER engage this company again.
