On November 10, 2025, I contacted Hims to cancel my hair loss treatment subscription and made it clear I did not intend to continue with their service. After that, I obtained a prescription for the same medication from my own doctor, further confirming I did not plan to keep using Hims. Despite this, Hims later processed another renewal for approximately $195 and shipped another order that I did not consent to. I did not authorize this renewal. When I tried to address it with the company, they refused to cancel and refund the charge. I will be refusing delivery of the package and have already opened a dispute with my bank. I feel this is an unfair and unauthorized charge after I clearly communicated my intent to cancel. I do have a family lawyer and have intention to file a suit in small claims court for Marion county. I will also have my girlfriend warn everyone of her 100k followers on Instagram to also report this company for fraud.
