Hims is delayed on there second shipment. This is problematic because your body needs to maintain a therapeutic dose for effectiveness and to avoid side effects. I have been in contact multiple times with no help.
I liked the ease of getting what I was looking for and the quality of containers I received. I disliked only being able to get quantities sufficient for several months at a time and the cost associated with such large supply. This was especially true for me as I discovered within a few days that I would not be able to continue using the product due to skin irritation.
I like the product. I really wanted to try the weight loss shots, but it was very unclear on the cost. A large amount of money came out of my account at once and that almost put me in a real bind. I was not able to actually contact anyone so I ended up leaving messages through every avenue I could. The money was sent back but it caused a lot of stress
Terrible company, I have sent a dozen emails to correct something, only responses are useless ones from bots. Can't even get through to cancel the account. Do not sign up with these scammers!
Hims ruined my life. They caused sexual dysfunction after 4 weeks and I got arrested for blacking out after 3 beers. Do not buy their product, you will thank me later.
I ordered an oral mediation for hair loss containing finastride and minoxidil compounded with biotin and some B vitamins. The biotin causes adult acne. I would not recommending using this product. Other online vendors (BosleyRx, Happy Head) have oral meds that only contain the necessary medications. It has been terrible for my skin. Avoid!!!
Well first I believe that the product that just was delivered last week was way to soon. It hasn't been thirty days since I bought the first product. What you you think that by sending these products before hand is going to make my hair grow faster or is this a way of you just wanting to charge more money faster knowing that perhaps I'm not going to see the results as you stated it would. You must allow us the consumers the time to see any kind of results and at last I know believe this is just some cosmic joke you're leading us the public into sad.
I am very pleased with the service I have received from HIMS. I answered a series of questions and received a recommendation based on my answers and a prescription was sent to me within a few days. After a period of time a follow up was made and my prescription was fine turned for my needs.

There is no route for stopping subscriptions or payments. With just a confirmation of interest in moving forward after blood tests they ordered $900 of meds when that is not what was approved, just an interest in exploring the process toward meds. You cannot stop an order they order for you, you cant remove a payment, you cant contact the company, there is no support to be found on the website. When the blood results are taken to primary care dr there is no way they will charge this much. This website can only be a scam from what has been seen in this experience.
