They will rob you and terminate care prematurely. Do not pay 12 months up front.

One of the worst companies I have ever encountered. Do not pay for 12 months up front! They will discontinue care at 1.5 mg instead of max dose 2.5mg agreed upon. Instead halfway through the 12 months they require you to spend $1700 more on trade name product verses advising you on the 12 month glp1 you purchased. This is not only unethical, according to attorney general in this state it is illegal. They will not negotiate and the moment you start asking questions they delete your care and service 8 months in telling you to self medicate in fewer words. Don’t buy this product from them! Worst customer service ever. They robbed me!All replies are scripted. When an alleged person does reply it’s the same reply’s over and over again. Ask to many questions? Rude! They will rob you of your money and you will be out of any medical advice. They are thieves!!!!! I gave all correspondence to my bank and they are filing a fraud charge on my behalf as well as using their lawyer to file a claim with the state medical board. There is my advice for victims of this company.
