Edit: HIMS never reached out. I reached out again, and was denied rx transfer again for the 4th. The care team says “I can’t tell you anything about your rx”. I’m not sure how any of this is legal.I went to switch my rx due to bad side effect, I asked for an update, told them about the health issues and went to Renew and no matter what I did, it did not show me the price. It wanted me to check out but wouldn’t show me how much I was spending. I searched all over and couldn’t find it. I found $18/6 months from elsewhere, I followed the faqs for transfer and requested the information for a transfer. It’s been 4 weeks now, they deny all transfer requests, ignore my questions, and then act literally stupid and keep bringing up my old rx that I had already switched and told them I had bad side effects on.I get trying to keep a sale, but it’s embarrassingly sad and a terrible company look when your NPs almost screw patients over with old medicines they tell you about they have bad heart side effects on, then they ignore them. Also a really bad look for an DR and NP to act stupid. You think I’m going to pay extra and trust the “professionals” who can’t answer “why was the transfer denied?”.
