The ordering process is extremely easy and you can get whatever you want without any embarrassment at the doctors office. The reoccurring subscriptions is the problem. I was notified of a refill being placed and immediatley contacted Hims to cancel it. I received a response late in the day that "the order is processing, they cannot cancel". Why? There was no tracking number for it yet. "Sorry". To add to this, my CC provider put my card on hold due to a missed payment Hims tried charging and getting denied for the refill every other day. My CC provider now thinks I am attempting to spend $300+ multiple times with an over due card.Basically, the subscription is like any other and will get you if you forget have it, and when you finally find a way to chat with customer service, they're not helpful. If you do use them, get your script and cancel future orders immediately. *Hims did reach out to me for details on 11/15 and I have not heard back as of 11/23.
